How long will it take for my order to be made and sent?
Floor + mini cushions- all our cushions are now pre made and waiting to be stuffed + sent. Your cushions order will be posted within 2 weeks from the day you ordered.
Beanbags- our beanbags are pre made and ready to go and will be posted within 7 days from ordering.
* Note: Custom orders such as Personalised and Custom sale cushions have a 5-6 week wait before they are stuffed*
How long will it take for my order to arrive once it has been posted? We use AUSPOST for all our posting services. Depending on location, most items within Australia arrive within 4-10 business days [non busy season]. Outside of Australia varies and can take anywhere from 7-31days to arrive.
Is my order tracked? Yes. All of our products are tracked.
Do you ship internationally? YES we do. Most countries are added to the website, If you cant see your country for shipping, please email us and we can give you a quote and set it up.
How much is postage? Postage prices will be calculated at the check out. Due to the size and weight of our products, our prices vary depending on what you ordered. (Standard AUSTRALIA WIDE POST: Mini cushion or beanbag- $10, Floor $20)
Will I be charged customs clearance fees? Each country will have their own price for customs fees, this will be left up to the customer to work out if this is something they will be charged as My little Joy will not be held responsible for any further fees that may occur. Im am happy to assist you to work out if fees will be charged-please just send us an email.
Note: No insurance is taken out on postage. Once your parcel has left the post office, My little Joy is no longer responsible for anything that may happen to it. We want to be as helpful as possible though, so please always email us if there is any issues with the delivery of your order and we will try our best to sort it out. - If you would like to add postage insurance to your order, please email before placing your order.
Do you offer wholesale on any of your products? At this stage, we only sell from our website. We hope to open up wholesale in 2018. If you are interested in stocking our products, please send us an email.
Do you have brand representatives or do collaborations? Yes we do both. We have a limited amount of collaborations we can do throughout the year . Please email is if you are interested in requesting a collaboration to promote and show off our product and we will try to get back to you as soon as we can.
Make sure you follow our social media pages as we usually announce when we are looking to open collaborations, or after someone specific.
Do you do custom orders? Yes we do. There will be a limited amount of custom order open every restock (start of each month). Custom orders can take up to 6 weeks before completion depending on the design. Please email for any further questions.
WASH + CARE
Can I wash my floor cushion? Our floor cushions are hand wash/spot clean only, this is due to the fixed centre button on the cushion. Preferably spot clean, but if needed, gentle hand wash in a bath tub of COLD water and evenly sit out to dry on a rack.
Can I wash my beanbag? Yes. Our care instructions come with each product. Beanbags are a gentle COLD machine wash. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean.
Do you offer refunds? Unless our item has arrived faulty, we do not offer refunds. All floor cushions are photographed before being posted and sent in a fabric drawstring bag inside a sealed post bag. IF your item has arrived (straight from packaging) faulty, or you are not happy with something, please email us (include photos), this must happen within 24hrs of arrival. There are no refunds for change of mind.
